There is a grocery store at the base of the tower along with Bashamichi Station. There is a dedicated elevator to take you from B1F or 1F to 46F. The elevator takes a bit to get you to the lobby. The rooms are on 46F to 51F. The rooms are incredibly clean and sizeable. The views are great. The service at the hotel was some of the best I've seen so far. Considering how good most hotel staff in Japan are, it's impressive how good the staff here are. There is a hotel guest only waiting area on 46F where you can look out over Yokohama. My room had a balcony, which was impressive because I was on 51F. I'd definitely consider booking here. I certainly plan to stay here again the next time I am in Yokohama.

Very Quiet, exceptionally Clean and Spacious rooms with excellent view of Yokohama bay and mount Fuji. During our stay there was full moon, extraordinary romantic view of water and city. Very friendly and helpful front desk and service team. Well organized fully functional built in kitchen and laundry.

Came from Los Angeles for the Mooneyes Yokohama show. This hotel was our first impression of Japan and it blew us away. Absolutely loved this hotel, beautiful views. I will recommend to any one of my friends/family that stay in Yokohama.

The property was beautiful and the views of the bay fantastic. It was one block from the subway and a good-sized market with a great variety of foods available. My only complaint was that the check-in staff was pretty cold and not so welcoming. Also we paid a great deal for the larger room we had for three people but the hotel insisted on charging us a significant per night fee for my teenage son. I thought that was pretty ridiculous for a high-priced hotel.

It’s our favorite place to stay with family. Our parents are elderly and their room has wheelchair access to bathroom. There are wonderful restaurants in the building and the train station is right outside the entrance. The staff is amazing - they are so helpful and kind.

Hotel was beautiful and view from the lobby was amazing! We could see Mt.Fuji on a clear day easily. Room was very clean and had everything you might need. Front desk staff was very helpful and were even able to book us a taxi to get us to the airport on the day of departure. We stayed in a room with a bay view which had an amazing view of the ferris wheel and small amuesement park

Absolutely recommend! Suite was so clean and had everything you needed. Balcony with view. Bed very comfortable. Laundry in suite. Washroom was great. AC worked great. Everything about this hotel and location was perfect.
