海に近く、スタッフの方は大変フレンドリーで優しい方々でした。タオル等かける所が無かったのが少し不便では有りましたが清潔感のあるお部屋で良かったです。

海が目の前で沖縄観光ショップや場所の立地がすごくいい。 ホテルにあるプールがとくに最高で夕日みながらゆっくりくつろげます。

Overall, I am dissatisfied. My vacation for relaxation was ruined. Details are as follows. We had a reservation for 4 people, but they said they only accept reservations for 3, and even after we produced our Expedia voucher, they could only provide an extra bed in a 2-person room. The lights in the room we were given did not work due to an electrical problem, and after spending the day there, we were forced to move to a different room. This made it more complicated for us to have to re-pack our suitcases. Next, we were forced to move to a new room, but there were swarms of ants all over the room and even on the bed there were many ants, crushing a total of over 200. I complained to the reception, but was told that it was not the hotel's fault but the guests' own lunches, drinks, etc. However, since the situation was that way as soon as we entered the room in the first place, the cleaning - killing insects was not thorough. We were told to return to our original room on the last day of our stay and had to pack our suitcases again, which made it even more complicated. Also, the original room was not ready and we were forced to stay out of the room, which we had planned to relax in. I will never stay there again.

Great place to stay! The balcony gave us a (admittedly small) view of the beach even from the second floor. Breakfast is free but left much to be desired. You choose a drink (coffee, tea, juice) and then they give you some generic pastries in a bag. Also breakfast is at 8:00 which wasn't a problem but might be late for some people. The pool was nice but small. The best part of the pool was the view. The hours and lack of stairs stink (you have to just jump in and climb out). The hours are strange and there's a spot right in the middle where they close for cleaning which is strange. We stayed in the universal room which was fantastic for my mother who has some arthritis issues. She got a chair in the HUGE shower/bathroom and tons of places to hold on to.

這次入住902號房，看出去的海景真的很無敵，房間也很舒適，整理得很乾淨，離美國村步行大約要10至15分鐘左右，比較建議晚上結伴同行。附近有安良波公園，走路即可抵達，可以在那邊的海灘曬太陽跟玩水！早餐是簡單的麵包，如果想吃豐盛的飯店早餐，這一間可能不是最佳的選擇。頂樓有游泳池，可以讓大人小朋友玩水！

離美國村不算太遠，但是還是要走一小段，可能開車去還是方便一些。

急に北谷で泊まりになりサイトでこちらのホテルを見つけました。 口コミも評判も上位でしたので泊まってみることに、、、大正解でした。 新築だと思いますが綺麗、清潔、マルチなスタッフ、安い、、、どれも最高です。 唯一モーニングを頑張って欲しいかな！ 無料なのはすごくイイのですがもう少しボリュームが欲しいのでワンコインでもイイので選べるかボリュームが欲しかった。 素晴らしいホテルです。

スタッフがとても丁寧で施設も清潔感があって良かったです。
