朝食バイキングは自分で作る海鮮丼や函館名物のイカを使った料理があり充実しています。
函館に来る際はまた利用したいホテルです。

About 5mins walk from Hakodate station to hotel. Check in time is 3pm and If you arrives early, they have storage locker to store the bags on a first come first basis. Hotel provides free shuttle bus to those sightseeing places but you need to book the seat reservation using their hotel app. Room is slightly small.

星野リゾート系列の所にはいくつか宿泊させていただいてますが。 どこもこだわりが少し見えていて良いな！と思うところが多かったので、今回、どこを取っても割と普通かなと感じていました。 特に朝食なんかは、函館なのでイカで推してきてるのは分かるんですが、クオリティとしてはイマイチかなと思います。美味しい物もありましたので、総じて一般的な感じがしてしまいました。これからも行きたくなるホテルを目指して頑張って頂きたいです。

綺麗で心地良かったです。
飲み物の販売機がなかったので、ちょっと不便を感じましたが、朝食も美味しかったです。スタッフの対応が、とても親切丁寧で感じがとても良かったです。

お風呂の混み具合のお知らせが当てにならない。
ビュッフェの支払いを追加した時、キャッシュレスとは聞いておらず部屋まで携帯を取りに行ったので、問い合わせの際に一言欲しかったです。

家族４人での宿泊です。
○函館駅から直ぐの立地なのでディナーのお店がまわりにいっぱいあります。
○ホテルから観光地に無料のバスがあり、当日と帰りの日も使えます。
○1Fフロント脇に無料で使えるコインロッカーがありチェックアウトの後も使えて助かりました。
しかし…
●セキュリティがしっかりしていてカードキーが無いと部屋に入る時やエレベーターに乗る時に必ず必要になりと言うわりに4人で宿泊して2枚のみ
●アニメティは必要最低限はありますが、部屋に水もなく、ウエルカムドリンクもない
●今時なので仕方ないけど喫煙所が1Fのみ
●期待しすぎた朝食でひとり朝から3500円で悪くはないが今一つ
●お部屋も素敵だけど、やはり少し狭いというか入って靴を置くところがなく、ごちゃごちゃでした
全体的に自分自身が期待し過ぎだったのかもしれません。それ以外はチョッと素敵なホテルでした。

朝食のバイキングはコンパクトにまとまっており、絶えず新しい物が補充されスタッフの気遣いもあり満足でした。

スタッフの皆さん 笑顔で元気が良くとても楽しい母との旅行でした。
朝食も美味しく８０歳過ぎの海鮮好きの母には最高でした。私よりたくさん食べていましたw
お部屋はちょっと狭めでしたが2階のOMO BASEでゆっくりゆったり出来ました。
夕食も近くにたくさんあり観光ありと思い出に残る楽しい旅でした。

夫婦の旅行で使用しました。
函館駅からも程近く、２０２４年７月にできたということもありとても新しくきれいなホテルでした。
レンタカーを借りていたので利用はしませんでしたが主要観光地に無料のバスで行けるというも魅力的でした。
何より一番感動したのは朝食バイキングです。いろいろなホテルに泊まりましたがこの価格帯のホテルの中では過去1番にたのしく、海鮮好きの私にとっては最高の朝食バイキングでした。
サウナも普通のものとミストサウナと両方ありとても良かったです。
函館に来た際にはまた利用したいです。
