Hotel is a traditional Japanese Ryokan and the setting is very relaxing. The best feature to us is the free private bath, to some who are shy to use the public bath, this is a very nice feature to enjoy the hot spring without stress. Hotel also offers a shuttle bus from Kaurizawa station directly to the hotel , which is a very convenient option for those who travel by train.

今次係第二次光臨,酒店環境改變左,好左好多,食物質素多選擇,唯一係炸物凍左少少,服務員同接駁司機都非常友善,令人有種放鬆既感覺,在不久既將來，祈待下一次光臨！！

落ち着いた雰囲気と柔らかい印象、ゆっくりと過ごされたい大人向けなお宿でした。チェックイン前も早くから車を停めることができたので、混雑していた観光地の駐車場に停める必要もなく良かったです。決められたお時間に、ホテルから観光地への無料送迎バスもあり便利です。お風呂も最高でした。お食事がせみバイキングなのはよかったです。バイキングの内容は、まあ、よかったです。ただ、準備されたお料理は、きれいに盛り付けられてはおりますが、素材などは、安価なもので少し残念でした。それから、館内は、裸足なのですが、お食事会場の裸足は、抵抗がありました。案の定、べたべたしていたり、ぬれている箇所もあり、つま先立ちで歩きました。お食事に関しての評価が、少し下がります。

整體不錯，有接駁車到湯畑很方便。私人溫泉環境很美，水很熱。大浴場很舒服，有不同池。要留意[木葉]房內只有廁所，沒有浴室，需要的可選擇[季之庭]。兩家溫泉是共用的。分別在於食物及房屋

도미인 계열 료칸입니다. 역시 가성비가 좋습니다. 그렇다고 시설이나 서비스가 떨어지는 것도 아니기때문에 추천합니다. 방에서 보이는 풍경과 분위기가 좋고 번화가에서 떨어져있어서 조용합니다. 특별히 가루이자와행 버스를 운행하니 예약할때 반드시 이용해보세요. 저녁식사는 보통입니다.

落ち着いた雰囲気で部屋は良かっです。お風呂も色々なお風呂が楽しめ満足です。一方食事ののレベルは低くトータルで見ると値段に見合わないと思いました。運営しているのがビジネスホテルや寮を運営している会社では仕方ないかと。

お湯、料理、顧客対応の質どれをみても文句の言えない、すごく快適な旅館施設だと思いました。
ただの三つ星ホテルに泊まる感覚だと少しお高めに感じるけど、ちゃんと整った旅館施設を楽しめるということなので人に寄りますが自分はとてもコスパの良さも感じました。
ただし、客室にもよるはずですが、自分が泊まった部屋は少し経年を感じるところが多く、客室のメンテナンスのところでは少し頑張っていただきたいと思ったところが少々ありました。やっぱり木製って劣化が目立ちやすく、湿度によって異常も出易いと思うのでコロナ明けで観光客が増えつつ、人手が少し足りなくなっているところであろうとは思いますが、すごく施設の作りやサービスも良いのに「これだけ良かったら完璧だったよな」と惜しい気持ちになりました。またお世話になりたいと思っているだけ、ぜひ改善への取り組みにも頑張っていただきたいです。
あと、追記ですが、入湯税のお支払いについて、日本語があまり通じない外国のお客さんにもスムーズに伝えられるように案内パネルなど文字にしたものがあるといいかなと思いました。自分ではありませんが、他のお客さんであまり言葉が通じず揉めてる様な様子でした。
