The building is located in the Pension Village, and is old, but has been kept clean. It seems to be run by an older couple.
Affordable price of 6,000 yen per night with twin bath and toilet, including two meals, towels, shampoo, body soap, toothbrush, bath clothes, refrigerator not provided. The toilet has a flush toilet seat. WiFi available.
Dinner doesn't have a lot of ingredients, but everything is delicious: salad, soup, cod grilled in foil, chicken dishes, dessert, and tea. The desserts were one grain each of Shine Muscat, Kyoho, and Edible Hozuki, but they were all good!
You can also make a bonfire in the garden.
There is a bath in the room, but the unit bath is small, so we use the shared family bath. Available until 10am.
Amenities include toothbrushes and bath clothes. There are no towels in the rooms without bathrooms. There is no communal refrigerator either.
It was Saturday and three groups stayed overnight, one group only had breakfast.
There is no convenience store nearby, so I use Lawson on the shores of Lake Shirakaba, which is a 10-minute drive away.
