I had an awesome room at the Portom on the 8th floor. Everything was excellent. Super convenient for a flight out of New Chitose the following day. Nice gym. Food at the hotel is expensive, but there are so many options in the airport if it's not included with your room....

It is a beautifully appointed hotel. Easy check-in the attention to you, makes you feel appreciated and they take great care of you. The bellman pays excellent attention to detail and gives you a tour of the room to point out the unique features.

I recently stayed at Portom International Hokkaido and had an amazing experience! The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from New Chitose Airport, making it perfect for me who had to catch an early flight. The room were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisted me with my luggages to the room. Overall, Portom I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I really mean it when I say this is the best hotel in the world and all who comes to Hokkaido must stay here for at least a night. The concierge were super helpful in bringing my 10 luggages up to the room. From the hotel facade to the rooms, they are luxurious and high class. Rooms are biggest I have stayed in Japan and everything is just spick speck clean. This hotel should be given a 6 stars. Accessible to shopping at the airport, comes with a superb onsen and dining options.
