the property is very spacious ， beddings are clean but table ，tv and the conner for the frigde is very dusty.

５人で予約してあるのに、５人分の寝具がよういしてなかった。聞くとベット５人の場合ベットに2人ずつ寝て布団布団は一人分ですいわれた。 その説明は、ふつうに思わないとおもいます。 結果、持ってきてくれたので、良かったのですけどね。 　 注意事項的にかいてほしかったです。

掃除が行き届いていない。 上の階歩いている音がうるさい。

Had a problem retrieving the password for getting in at the first night. No staff was on duty at the front desk. For travellers who do not speak Japanese, it's difficult to get help. But overall, the room's clean and spacious. We had a relaxing experience there.

歓楽街の中心にあるため、周囲は治安が悪い。 部屋はとても広く、ジャグジーやアメニティ等の設備も充実。 基本手続きはセルフ方式のため、トラブル時の対応が遅かった。

This apartment-hotel has excellent amenities, restaurants, convenient stores, shopping and train stations are within walking distance.

An apartment with all that is required to make your stay feel at home. We stayed in the larger family apartment right on the ground level past the reception desk. There were towels and shower amenities, also a washing machine, pans to cook with, dishes and utensils to eat with. The location is convenient but be wary that it is surrounded by many adult entertainment facilities. Everything was great, the only issue we experienced was trying to setup the air conditioning units as we do not read Japanese. It would also be great if the disposal bins were labeled to help guests distinguish which items can/cannot be recycled or grouped together in the same bin. Overall, great service and convenient location.

Too far from JR station, parking per day at 2500 is a lot as no free parking, hence, we got to park at pay parking near by. Nearby are red light area so not suitable for children to be close here

無人のフロントはどうかな?という程度です。 全体的にはコスパ良しで十分満足です。

3人で宿泊しましたが、広すぎて持て余すくらい。 大人数で使うには最適です。 清潔で快適にすごせました

清掃がされていない

3대 무려 11명 대가족이 이용했습니다. 스스키노역에서 멀지 않아서 더 좋았고, 거실 공간이 아주 넓찍해서 아이들이 특히 좋아했습니다. 화장실과 샤워공간도 두개씩이라서 붐비지 않게 잘 사용했습니다. 다음에서 대가족이 삿포로를 찾게 된다면 또 묵고싶습니다. 다만, 구글맵에 나온 곳으로 가면 란도르 호텔로 나옵니다.. 그래서 한참 헤맸는데 구글맵에 나올 수 있게 조치해주시면 좋겠습니다.

台風で飛行機欠航になり、急遽予約しました。室内に洗濯機もあり助かりました。食器もそろっていたし、快適に過ごせました。

中はとても広々していてぱっと見は小綺麗な感じでしたが空気清浄機の上とか埃が気になりました。 ひと休憩にコーヒーを入れようとしたら電気ポットは割れていて水漏れ。 風呂上がりドライヤー使用するとこれまた故障！ 連泊するので緊急連絡先にメールしましたが次の日出掛けて戻ると新品の物に交換されていましたが娘たちや妻朝もドライヤー無しで髪をセット。 かろうじてアイロンは持って行ったので良かったです。 駐車場無かったけど近くにコインパーキングあるから空港からレンタカーで行きましたがちかくに飲食店が沢山あるので夕方早くに埋まってしまうのでレンタカー使う方は注意したほうが良いですよ♪

We never met any staff because of automatic check in. There were two separated toilet. one bath tub, and one shower booth. very spacious.
