We had the time of our lives here!
Everything was above excellent—the staff, the facilities, our room, and above the rest was the food!
The all you can eat breakfast and dinner buffet had so many options and all of them were delicious. They had western, Japanese, Chinese, and more. Unlimited drinks.
Our room was spacious, tatami mat area, big bedroom, and had a large bathroom with your own onsen style bath over looking the bay and you can see mt Fuji across the water! Also the public onsen has great views overlooking the bay and mt. Fuji
Last but not least, the staff is so courteous and kind, attending to your every need and want.

Excellent hotel with seaviews, onsen pool at the rooftop, plus the best dinner and breakfast buffet with loads of seafood options including clams, crabs and abalone! Really amazed by the quality of the seafood.

夕方はサンセットが見え、朝にはサンライズが見えてゆっくりといい時間が過ごせました。
ご飯もとても美味しくて大満足です。

バイキングのメニューが豊富でお肉も柔らかく朝のオムレツは幾つでも食べられそうなくらいトロフワで美味しかったです。
お腹がいっぱいで食べられないメニューも沢山あったので一泊では足りないくらいでした。次回、利用させていただく時は連泊してスパなども楽しめたらと思いました。

前回も同タイプのお部屋に宿泊したが、今回のお部屋は少しホコリが目だったりして残念でした。
また、富士見亭からスパ棟に行く際、リストバンドが必要でしたが、QRコードが小さすぎてなかなか読み取らず非常に困りましだ。対処をお願いします！
