Very pleasant stay. Walking distance to everything. My only minor negative feedback would be the western breakfast. The eggs, bacon and sausages were all cold as they were not kept covered in the bain marie.

Extremely convenient place to stay. If you're a JR Pass User like me, This is hands down, the place to stay. It's literally in front of Nagano Station, what could be more convenient than that? There's especially so much to see around here that you definitely can make great use of your JR Pass while staying here. I also recommend the Katsu Restaurant in the 3rd floor of the station, it's to die for. Had a great time!

Location is very near with Nagano station, building adjoins with Donki and convenient store. There are loads amenities in lobby hotel in 5th floor. Love it!

The location is very strategic. Exit Nagano station, cross a little and you're there. Below it is Lawson, exit the hotel, turn right, there is Dongki. In front of it is a really delicious restaurant that is open 24 hours. Very recommended hotel 🫰🫰

Spacious room But rare because changing the name and address on the 5th floor of the reception building on the 5th floor Drive for 2 rounds, walk 1 more time to find it. There are lotions, toner, and face mask for free. Near the train station Near the bus (highway bus), many restaurants There is a lawson on the ground floor.

hotel is located on the 5th floor and is impeccably clean. Right at the heart of the city - less than 5 minutes walk from the station. A nice business hotel with higher standard of cleanliness & seems like a new building.
