We were able to make a last minute reservation when our original hotel reservation had an issue. From the time of booking on expedia to the time we were able to get in the room was about 30 minutes. Rooms are much more spacious than Apa and Grids hotels in same area

It is right on top of the station- best location of all the hotels we had in Japan. Great bathrooms, comfortable beds Familymart inside the hotel

The room was a lot smaller than the other properties I stayed at in Japan. But it has everything you need. I don't think it would be great for more than one person though. The bathroom is also a little small. But all of your necessities are provided in the lobby plus some pajamas and there's laundry there. You're right next to a family Mart. It's on the ground level, you're across from the train station. The only thing is if you come from the train station with a lot of luggage. Don't listen to Google maps and take exit 9 or 10 :00 to get out. I think it's it's exit number 5 that has an escalator and it's maybe across the street from the hotel. There is a yakitori place that's pretty good next door. It's a fine, economical stay. I didn't have any issues.

Overall this hotel is great, located near Namba station and to go to Dotonbori or Kuromon Market all walking distance. The check-in process is very easy and the staff also helpful, they provide many amenities that you can take when you needed.

The Breakfast at 6.30 -9.30 am Don’t be late for the breakfast otherwise you only got leftover food , First morning I came there 9:10 am and even the sugar for my a cup of tea the staff won’t give you even you asked them, i was so dissapointed . But when you go before 8 am the food still a lot And if you’re late for putting Cleaning room sign or after 12 pm they won’t clean your room even it’s 12.10 pm they are very strict .It’s good location though

Great location! The hotel is conveniently located near Namba Station, just a left turn from Exit No.7, and you’ll arrive at the hotel. There's also an Airport Limousine Bus stop right in front of the hotel. It’s close to shopping malls and popular shopping areas. The service is excellent, and the hotel provides all the necessary amenities at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location in Susukino. The station exit near the hotel has no lift so it was quite challenging to carry our bags. We opted to use the airport bus after checkout because the bus stop is just around 5 minute walk.

ดีมาก สะดวก ชอบมากก ห้องอาจจะเล็กไปนิด แต่สะอาด มีทุกอย่างพร้อม ไดร์ เตารีด ยาสระ ครีม ออยใส่ผม ครีมนวด ออยเช็ดหน้า มีครบบบ ลงมาจากรร ก็มีจุดจอด taxi จุดขี้นรถbus ข้ามถนนไป ก้อถึงย่านช็อปปิ้งแล้ว สะดวกมากกกก สบาย สะอาด ตอบโจทย์กานเดินทางท่องเที่ยวด้วยตัวเองมากๆ

Sewaktu check in, anak anak berusia 10 tahun diharuskan pesan kamar terpisah. Kita bersedia dikenakan biaya tambahan tetap saja tidak diperbolehkan. Sangat mengecewakan.

Luggage can be left before check-in and after check-out. The accommodation room is a twin type, 17 sq m wide, very spacious for 2 people. The bathroom is spacious and there are supplies you can pick up at the lobby. And there are electrical appliances available to borrow. such as a hair dryer shoe dryer There is a subway exit, Exit 7, Namba Station, in front of the school. Very convenient, but only stairs. There are 2 large department stores opposite the school. There are many restaurants nearby. Can walk to Dotonburi, Kuromon Denden Town Market.

The location is very strategic, and the amenities is very good, you can get anything you need at family mart down below, a walk to namba area where lots of stuff and foods. Totally enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is nice, clean, only the rooms are narrow and it's difficult to walk haha. Next to a family mart really! From Nankai station near Koo, in front of the hotel there is an entrance to get to the subway but only stairs so you have to carry suitcases~ From Dotonbori it's quite far but it's still an enjoyable walk. Overall, it's super worth the price~.
