the hotel is between Shinsaibashi metro and Nagaborihashi metro and there is an entrance/exit (south 5) near the underground shopping walkway between the 2 stations
walkable to Shinsaibashi suji and Dotonburi with maybe eateries and shopping
only downside is probably the size of the room, with the mini corridor in the room. barely any space to open the luggage

The location of the hotel was excellent. Walking distance to dontobori and there were many eateries around the area with several convenient stores within walking distance too. It is also near shopping districts like Shinsaibashi Suji. The best is that I can access Shinsaibashi station via lift if i have my luggage with me. The lift is just round the corner of the hotel. Rooms were very clean. They also provide free skincare products such as toner, cleanser, moisturiser, sun screen, and bath salt for soaking. It had been a wonderful 5-day stay. I would definitely choose Sotetsu Fresa Inn Osaka-Shinsaibashi again if i were to make another trip to Osaka.

Shocked by the stay this round. Room was dusty and sink was choked, water draining away slowly. Despite staying 6 days, no cleaning to the room was done. Water was blue in color too. This is the same water as drinking so as safety we bought own mineral water.

the hotel is very near from the train’s station, and the important thing is there’s an elevator to the station near from the hotel, cozy place to stay, near from sevel, the hotel’s design and interior room are very new and awesome. you can pick all stuffs that you needed in the lobby for free, there’s a automatic machine for check-in and out, very recommended!

I love this hotel. Near shopping areas Dontonburi, Shinsaibashi, etc which you can walk like chill also the hotel is not far from subways. Everything in the hotel is new. Good service. I wish to get back there again

The room is very small. But if cutting this matter, it is considered the most perfect hotel that has been staying at a reasonable price.
