フロントのスタッフさんが皆さん親切でした。周辺にお店がないエリアであることと、かつ、女一人の宿泊だったので近くに食べるお店はないかどうか、フロントの方に聞いたところ、1人で入りやすいお店などを地図で細かく教えてくださり、実際行ってみたらそのお店も美味しかったです。
また、プラン外で朝食の追加をお願いしたところ、支払いなどもスムーズに対応してくださいました。朝食は地元の食材でとても美味しかったです。
浴場の広さや設備も良かったです。ただ、早朝からお風呂とサウナに入りたかったのですが、朝はサウナだけやっていなかったのでそこは残念でした。
それから宿泊した部屋は枕に対して真正面にエアコンがあり、暖房の風が直撃する角度でしたので気になりました。
でも総合的には良かったのでまた利用させて頂きます。

大変おせわになりました。
お食事が 特にすばらしかつたです。
こころこめて、ウツボのお茶漬けや自家製のプリンなど、土佐の特産を紹介して、手厚くもてなしてくださいました。
おかげで元気が✨でました。

夜8時頃から朝7時半までの滞在でしたが気持ちよく過ごせました 朝食のバイキングは地元の食材が多く使われていて、とても美味しくいただきました。また利用したいです

朝食の時にキャベツとレタスが奥にありキュウリ、トマト、コーンが手前とか、ドレッシングも、後、ケチャップとかの位置を考えてほしいと思います。
後ろに並ばれてるから、それで、時間がかかるし、他の人が通る時にこの椅子が邪魔じゃ無いかと言われてたので、それも考えて欲しいです。お風呂は凄くよかったですが…綿棒を置いて欲しいと思いました。

夜中に他の部屋の物音や人の声が聞こえうるさくてめがさめてしまう
ルームキーが1個しかないので夫婦で大浴場へ行くとどちらかが待たなければならない
