You can choose your pillow (hardness, height etc) which was a plus for us. Happy hour from 3pm to 9pm was awesome. Staff was reallly helpful.

除了房間比較細廁所小到很難轉身外其他都很棒清潔度高去單軌車站也很方便附近也有幾間便利店晚上餓了也有幾間居酒屋職員也很有禮跟熱情看到在酒店門外拍照即時出來幫忙拍照包早餐外一整個下午也能有免費飲料還能帶進房間享用

スタッフさんも大変優しく丁寧に対応されていましたが、ベッドのテープがめくれていたり、空調のゴミがトイレ床に黒くふってきたりしていました。夜中に空気清浄機の水が無くなりアラームが鳴ったりして、音の原因が始め分からず不安でした。値段などを考えると安く利用出来たので良かったです。ありがとうございました

飯店對入住的客人有貼心小禮，同行的兒童也收到巧克力，一開始的印象就很好，飯店人員親切的接待我們，時刻都是笑臉迎人，讓初次入住的我們安心不少。交通便利，下次再到沖繩，也希望能再次入住。

スタッフの親切な対応とか必要なサービスだけだけど、こちらが求めている水準以上の快適な環境でした。グループの他のホテルも利用したことがあり安心感がありました。機会があったら再度必ずリピートしたいです。
