Super Hotel Saitama Omiyaeki nishiguchi

It's a short walk from the station using the elevated walkway. Upon reaching the hotel the staff were very kind and courteous. The room is just right for a lone traveller complete with a queen sized bed, a full bath, a small fridge and a work desk with an ethernet cable A stay in the hotel entitles you to free wifi, a daily breakfast, vanity kits as needed and use of their laundromat. (Which for a small fee you could use.) They advertise more facilities but I had no use for them.p During my stay they cleaned the room perfectly and the staff was always friendly and willing to help. Overall I enjoyed my stay and was always well rested and ready for the days ahead of me.

Awesome staff! The bath house was very nice! The rooms had lots of plugs to charge your electronic devices. The rooms were also very clean. They even let you pick your pillows of your preference. It is also a 20 minute train ride to Tokyo station.

Clean great value, bit of a walk from station & needs better softer pillows, the standard rock hard rice bag pillows don't work. Also Onsen is too small consider is time shared as there is only 1. Great breakfast compensated for above along with helpful staff.

This is a basic place, has everything needed for a business traveller. The Lohas group does a great job in keeping the business travelers happy. I have been staying every time when I come to Japan. I would recommend to anyone. Great service and great value.

Very good and newly built hotel, walkable distance from Omiya station, rooms and other facilities and good, very clean place and staff is very hospitable. Only suggestion is to extend breakfast timings by 30 mins during week days and 1 hrs on weekends.
