Great location, tiny room/bathroom but that's pretty expected for Tokyo.
They do warn you about their cancellation/date change policy but its still sad to pay for an empty hotel room due to a 24 hour flight delay

ホテルの部屋は狭いですが、とてもきれいで良かったです。
部屋着も浴衣タイプではなく、パジャマなので心地よいです。
ただ残念だったのは、コンセントにUSBを挿せる電源が無かったのが残念。
ロビーではセルフコーヒーの種類も多く、飲み放題です。

アメニティはフロントの側で取る。
部屋は狭い。ベッド奥側に寝ると、トイレに行くのに手前の人のベッドの端を踏んでしまうのでサイドテーブルをドア側に移動した。
限られたスペースに必要なものは全て設置されているので、不便を感じることはないです。まだ新しく清潔で、ベッドの質も悪くなかったですよ。
コンビニも近くにあります。
