Thank you for taking care of me for the first time. Adults had to use chairs, so I brought a stroller, but they provided a baby cot, which was very helpful! The staff were very friendly and the food was carefully prepared and each dish was delicious. You can see the waterfall from your room, so it gives you a sense of openness, and I think first-timers will be especially impressed.

Ayu Kaiseki while watching the raging waterfall of Toryu-nada Kaiseki in a private room during the day The woman who made the reservation over the phone seemed like a pain in the ass, and for a moment I considered canceling. However, the room, the food, and the waiter's service were all good. The sashimi and young sweetfish tempura are exquisite. The chilled sake from Kamikyu Sake Brewery was also delicious, although a little sweet. If I’m still alive, I want to come next year too 😀

Due to work commitments, I took care of you from dinner until the next morning. I had a kaiseki meal that also included a sweetfish dish. The food was first-class, and the staff's personality and customer service were top-notch, while still retaining the atmosphere of an old Showa-era inn. Even though it was a weekday and I was the only one staying overnight, I was able to enjoy a very satisfying stay as I was able to enjoy freshly cooked white rice and fresh salad in the morning at a low price without cutting corners. As expected, it's a culinary inn. I would also like to visit you if I have a chance. thank you very much.

I stayed here for one night on a golf trip. The food, the room, the staff's personality and consideration were all wonderful. First of all, the food is as expected from a traditional Japanese inn. As I get older, I find myself eating out less and less deliciously, but this kaiseki meal was wonderful and made me feel very happy. The breakfast was delicious, and all the dishes were good, but the rice was especially good, so I ended up ordering a second helping. The room was calm and clean, and I felt relaxed. Please let us stay again.

② Last year, I visited late and wasn't able to eat young sweetfish, so yesterday I went back to eat sweetfish kaiseki during the young sweetfish season. There are 3 types of kaiseki in terms of number of dishes, and I was thinking about it, but if it's my first time, I'll choose ``Midori''. This time, I ordered the recommended ``Midori''. Now, regarding the Kaiseki dishes, I had eaten some of them when I had the Rakuayu Gozen, but many of them were new to me, and each dish was beautifully arranged and seasoned modestly, making it appealing both to the eye and the tongue. I was very satisfied with what I could taste, especially the sashimi and sushi. 🤗 ①The sweetfish dish was introduced on TV a few years ago.Due to the coronavirus pandemic, I missed the opportunity to visit, but the other day, I was finally able to visit. At this time of year, the sweetfish dishes used were fallen sweetfish instead of young sweetfish, but we were able to make it just in time for the season. This time, I had the Ochi Ayu Gozen. I enjoyed the ayu with salt-grilled roe, simmered in Arima, and kamameshi. In particular, the Arima-ni had a tangy sansho pepper and was delicious, even the bones could be tasted. Also, the ayu kamameshi was not loosened, so it was sashimi? It had a good size fillet and was exquisite. Finally, we were able to enjoy our meals with peace of mind as they had taken strict measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. Next time, I would like to visit during the young sweetfish season, when the sweetfish season has just begun.
