Great location very close to the station. I used the onsen twice a day, and there were only a few other people on occasion so it was quiet and relaxing. The beds were super wide, the two pushed together were wider than a king and were comfortable. Amazing blackout shades on the window.

Very close to Nagano Station which was convenient for travel to & from Nagano.
Staff were courteous and helpful.
Room was clean with excellent shower but my family of 4 were squeezed into a twin bed room, so minimal room to put luggage & beds are small.
If you're a tall or large person, you would find the beds very small.

The hotel is located within reasonable walking distance from the train station. The hotel room was a single double bed for two which was cramped, but it was just for sleeping so it’s doable. There was no open floor area to open a full size suitcase without having to close it every time you need to exit it use the restroom, typical of Japanese hotels. Still a good value for the reasonable prices.

5 minutes walk from train station. Room is small with simple amenities, osen is an added bonus. Wish it provide tea bag in the room.

Not really recommended for two who are fairly big made. The bed barley fits two. I had to check out on my 3rd day and book another hotel ( and of course no refund ) because we just couldn't sleep during the night due to the size of the bed.

This hotel is very convenient at only a 3 minute walk to the station. It’s on the quiet side of the station which makes it nice too. Rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a natural hot spring on the 2nd floor which is a nice treat after a long day of walking. Lots of good restaurants on the other side of the station. Both my wife and I thought the Livemax was a good deal.
