Very recommended for family. Easy access from Narita Airport by bus if we carry many luggage. Close to JR and Tokyo Metro station. Free bus to Disneyland. Many convenience stores and restaurants near the hotel. The food is delicious with information of ingredients.

The hotel is located in very good location. Just 5 mins walk from Kinshicho station (North exit) and also there are a shopping mall next to the station and a lot of restaurants around.

Cheap price in Tokyo for a big room. Don't be afraid just because it's an old hotel. They did great in renovations. Lawson and Sevel just across the street, got Uniqlo, abc mart just 100m from the hotel and 300m to the station with 4 elevators inside.

This is my 3rd time staying at this hotel. I would say this hotel had a good location and the airport limousine bus stop is just at the hotel too. Super convenient for families with young children. The staffs are very helpful and accommodating too. Will definitely stay again when travelling to Tokyo again.

The view from our room was spectacular! The hotel staffs are also very friendly, the room was very spacious, and the area was so nice! We totally recommend this hotel for those that are travelling with children!

Friendly staff, good facilities, spacious room for 2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 5 year old child. The room even though it doesn't have a view of Tokyo Tower but it's still okay with a view of the buildings, many places to eat in front of the hotel from breakfast to dinner. There is a mall near the hotel, there are also many minimarkets. Access to the station is close, there is a bus from the airport to the hotel so it's not tiring to drag suitcases and there is a free shuttle to Disney Resort, but you have to register (you can register online).

Very convenience hotel. Many convenience stores around and plenty places to eat, shop, metro, JR, all within 10min of walking. Shuttle to airport and disneyland also available.

all the process is easy, close to kinshicho station, at most 7 minutes..then another big station, bus, metro, JR ad.
facilities to disney land and disney sea pick up and drop off using free bus, just register.
lots of delicious food around the hotel.
the important thing is there is a bus service to narita or haneda airport.. but because at that time I went to narita it had to be early so the bus hadn't run yet, took the express train from JR station without transit.. it's really easy to go anywhere too..

Out of 3 hotel stay at Japan this one by far the best and value for money. 1. The location is surrounded by konbini lawson, 7/11, and family mart also don quijote all in walking distance. 2. Only 5mins walk to nearest station which is kinshico station. 3. There's 2 nearby mall. There's lot of food option and brand such as uniqlo, GU, daiso, akachan honpo for babies stuff. 4. You can directly go to the hotel from Haneda by Airport Limousine bus which is very convinient rather than by train. 5. They also have free shuttle bus to disneyland and disneysea but you have to booked in advance with the frontdesk. 6. You can shipped your luggage to other hotel or other prefectures just contact the frontdesk. Will definitely come back to Tobu Levant!

Room was fine it's my family 2nd time staying in Tobu Levant Hotel. Location is OK near train station only setback is the room TV not able to show the Netflix properly even after we have log in with our account. The channel display page keeps flicker, we reported the case at times it's fine at times it not. We decided to keep it that way rather than report to reception again. Housekeeping was great, our room was clean up everyday. Thumbs up to the housekeeping team.

Great location, 400 meter from the station, lawson, family mart and don quijote in front of hotel. The stass were friendly and accomodating. Will stay again in this hotel when visiting Japan
