The staff are very nice, welcoming and helpful.
I can't really judge if it's quiet as it depends of the peoples on your floor, but as for outside noises (extractor fan, cars..) it was ok.
The included breakfast was very good with different dishes every morning.
The only thing that i disliked was the pillow which was too hard for me, but no big deal.

Standard property for the brand, however some things were subpar: speed on wifi on property is very slow (under 500kbps sometimes going down to under 100 kbps according to speed tests) and building has only one elevator, so during breakfast the wait can be very long, and access to elevator does not require property key card, making it more accessible to those, who are not staying at the property.
Lastly, sound isolation in rooms is very weak, so expect to hear it, if anyone is having a conversation on the floor.

It’s Toyoko Inn, so the bar is pretty low to begin with, but this particular hotel is located on a noisy street, and the room had a funny smell, which meant having to open the windows, which meant more noise, etc. It’s fine for one night, it’d be maddening for any longer than that.

喫煙部屋を予約しました。部屋のにおいも気になる事もなく。朝食付きで予約しました。お正月ってこともあってブュッフェのおせち料理で雑煮もあって良かったです。
