朝食のおにぎりは良かったです。

This was our 2nd Toyoko Inn stay of our roadtrip. Compared to the Takasaki branch, this one had slightly bigger rooms and beds. It also required automated self check-in (which can be confusing when it can't find your reservation through your name) and parking had to be in a garage a street away. The shower area was old but it offered rain shower option. However, the temperature control of the water is rather tricky as it can be either ice cold jet or boiling hot water within a couple of millimetres' adjustment. The drain hole outside the bathtub tends to foam up too after a bath. Aircon unit had an unpleasant odour when switched on and it lingered throughout the night. Bed and room will not be made if staying more than a night, which was rather unusual. Lastly while the bed offered was bigger than the other branch I stayed, it was rock hard with small, flat non existent pillows. It made for very poor rest and we woke up with neck and back aches.

The location is great and even single rooms are very spacious. Staff are helpful, got what we needed even without fluent English.

小学生の子どもと家族で利用しました。小学生以下利用料金がかからないので助かります。朝食は子供の分も出ます。 ホテル周辺はキャバクラやパチンコ店があり夜外の音〔人の騒ぐ声〕や治安は気になりました。

ホテルは綺麗でしたが飲食店が近くにあり夜は少し音が気になりました。

部屋に毛布が欲しかったなー

よく帰省時に利用しているホテルです。ここの朝食は無駄がなく美味しいものを提供して貰えます。色んな具材のおにぎりや具沢山の味噌汁が提供され、朝からちゃんとお腹に入れて一日の良いスタートを切ることができます。今回改善して貰えたらなと思った点はカーペットの汚れです。水がついたところを触って真っ白なシーツを触ると茶色に。カーペットで寝る訳ではないですが子供はやっぱり床で遊んだりするので改善頂けると嬉しいです。

綺麗な部屋と設備で心地よく過ごす事が出来ました。 駐車場に費用がかかる事が事前にわからなかったのと近隣の駐車場のほうが安い事があとでわかったので事前に教えてください。
