チェックインの際フロントが行列であったがチェックイン機と有人とで素早く捌いていたので待ち時間も短くて済んだ。またチェックイン機も操作中の画面がカウンター側にも見えているようで他の人の受付をしながら操作支援もされてたのはとても良かった。

Excellent value, very clean, terrific breakfast and 10 minutes by foot to the cruise port. Only negative is that you can check in only between 4pm to 10pm. But they have a waiting room with water, tea, and coffee. We’ll be back here on our next cruise.

ワンピ型パジャマのLLサイズをセルフで持っていけないのは不親切。
着てみて合わなかったらフロントに申し出ろとはサービスレベルが低い。
またその旨をパジャマストッカーに明記してないのも残念でした。

Hotel was much nicer than I expected. Everything was very clean and appreciated the amenities which is better than any amenities at a five-star hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside is the beds are rather hard but linens were clean and duvet was wonderful. Location was fantastic you could walk to the Subway or the train and lots of wonderful restaurants within walking distance a couple of blocks. Also lots of shopping around.
