The room is super small, cant open larger luggages, also the drinks machine are only available from 2PM to 11PM, not sure who came up with this policy but we are in Osaka, no one goes out late and comes back early, which means the drinks machine is completely unusable. Other than that is the rooms by default are powered off, so the moment I entered the room, it was hot AF. Overall not recommended for tourists.

Booked for a few days stay in Osaka as it was centralized near many things we wanted to visit. Staff very helpful and spoke perfect English. Check in and check out was super smooth. Room was smaller than expected so be prepared for that and make sure to double check your room size especially if you’re tall. Room overall was clean minus a random stain on the wall, AC came in very useful as it was very hot during our stay this month, and the bed was very comfortable. Close to many 7-11’s and Family Mart’s, restaurants, and shopping.

This hotel has great location. Room is small compare to Western standard but it's pretty typical in Osaka tourist area. It's minutes away from Crystal underground shopping/ eating street. Two nearby subway stations. From Shinsabashi subway station takes exit 5... there is elevator to the hotel. Nearby there is Toyu Hand department store which opens till 9pm on week night. About 10 mins walk to Hotel Nikko Osaka where you can catch airport bus. Hotel is clean, wifi is fast and there are 100 free movies (mostly Japanese with subtitles). I stayed for 6 nights in early May 2019 ... only one night I hear ambulance siren for a period of time. This hotel is near a hospital and edge of the commercial area. The sound didn't bother me much. Air conditioner is cold and quiet. Breakfast is mainly Japanese breakfast and some Western continental items. They have welcome drinks from 2-11 pm (tea, soft drink, juice, tea...). I will stay here again. Building door is locked and only access by guests who has keys ... I feel safe staying in this hotel. Staff are polite and speak good English.

Our stay was great. Location was close to train station and easy to find. Convenience stores and great shopping nearby. So close to Dotonbori and night life. Room was clean and had all the amenities provided. Staff was easy to work with and spoke English. Breakfast was awesome.
