I had a wonderful experience at this hotel zoth my family! Staffs are really kind and friendly. This hotel is the most easiest access to all pool and hot spring(onsen)✨ There’re free shuttle bus from shinjyuku, Tokyo, saitamashintoshin, Yokohama and maebashi so when you book a hotel, it’s better to book the bus at the same time✨

This hotel is a part of spa resort. The first time I was surprised to walk to the hotel front. We walked through above many kind of pools in which people were swimming around and enjoying. The accommodations and services are good. Hot spa amenities are good and comfortable. On every season you can enjoy spa resort and pool. I suggest you when you get there, soon you take off you shoes and put on your beach-sandal. In there shoes are useless all day long and everywhere.

This time, I stayed with my family while on business. I did some research on the internet, but It was a long way from the parking lot to Wilport, and people around me got lost. It can be used in various places such as bathhouses, I should have been careful because there are special open-air baths with no washing area and rooms with only showers. I managed to hold out until then, but Wi-Fi doesn't connect. The hot water in the shower in the room did not come out quickly. There are no vending machines on each floor. Not all equipment is gathered in one place Difficult to move. I looked at the map and homepage, but There is so much information that I don't know what to tell you. However, I was left with a good impression of the staff who tried to make my stay better.

It was my first time staying there. Since I didn't know anything about it, I did as I was told and had dinner late, at 7:30pm. My child was quite hungry, but we asked him to hold back as we only had that much time. After that, we had dinner, and when my husband asked the restaurant staff, he was told that he could choose to go at 5pm. Sorry, I haven't heard of that. There was no choice.

The front staff was very harsh and I felt uncomfortable. The buffet staff were all very accommodating. It was a bit cold, so I asked them to turn down the air conditioner, but they turned it off and provided me with a lap blanket, and they kept asking me to do so. The restaurant staff is 5 stars, but the reception staff was not very responsive, so I will give it 3 stars.
