The Zentis, Osaka is a wonderful hotel that should get 6 stars. The interior vibe is so very cool. The staff at the front desk went out of their way accommodate your needs. Our room was well sized and had all the amenities we needed. It is no surprise it is Michelin noted. The bar and the restaurant “ Upstairz “ was completely worth it. Mr. Okuda Shuhei , Chef Sommelier is is extremely knowledgeable and well versed in pairings as well as the diversity of the many Sakes. Mr. Otomo Yuji is a master behind the bar. His creative style makes his libations delicious and craving another. The hotel, the rooms, the bar and restaurant…. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Christine, Ft. Collins, Colorado

Excellent hotel. Somewhat no frills service, but the important things were there - efficient check in / check out, nice modern & clean rooms, comfortable beds & pillows, situated in a convenient and relatively quiet location.
In-house restaurant was surprisingly good, as is the bar. A bevy of decent restaurants nearby, as well as combinis and even a mcdonalds for when the combini is closed.

We loved our stay at Zentis Osaka — the staff and atmosphere were warm and welcoming, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the amenities are excellent (the laundry room is not only functional but also chic, with a vending machine, Nespresso machine, microwave, sofa, perfumes, books etc). The hotel is a bit of a walk to the metro, but very easily accessible by taxi and on foot, and although there’s a lot of night life nearby, it’s a quiet location to stay in and the rooms are very quiet/comfortable for sleeping.

Great location and value. Gym with cable machines and cardio equipment. Guest lounge with fruit, bottled water and coffee/tea. Self service laundry room was great. Room was adequate size with room to lay multiple open luggage.

Well located with plenty of dining options nearby. It is also within easy walking distance of three major department stores, and the train station. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were comfortable and had everything that we needed for a good stay. I would recommend not buying the hotel breakfast unless it is included with your stay. It was more expensive, and there are better options in the surrounding area. Otherwise we would highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is within a walkable distance to Osaka station. Staff is friendly but room is on the small side. We love the Japanese breakfast, which includes a juice and coffee bar, and the light meals offered after 8pm. It would be nice if they change the Japanese breakfast as it is the exact same dishes every morning.

Love love love!! Gorgeous stylish boutique hotel. Friendly staff, fabulous lobby area and outdoor terrace. Coffee machine and fruit bowl available. Funky laundry room/den conveniently located on second floor.
Rooms good size and stylish. Close to Osaka Umeda station and local metro. Family mart a few doors away for those late night snack runs!
Definitely recommend and will stay here again when back in Osaka!
