Pro: large rooms, safe inside, frig was good, large lobby and wide hallways, felt very nice, whatever you request gets delivered in 5 minutes, wry mice staff
Cons: not enough garbage cans ( may need larger ones), no exhaust fan in the toilet area!!! Very embarrassing!!, need more cloth hangers

The elevator breaks down, we ask for towels, and it takes over an hour to get them; we have to make multiple calls to get one answered. mismanaged hotel, we will not stay again and we'll not recommend it.

Hotel was nice paid for the Grand Hotel and got a room in the Marina next door
Room was not bad except for the bloody sheets!
Requested a wake up call for 09:00 am but was surprised to get a 06:00 am.
The night auditor (Hassan?) refused to admit any wrong doing and insisted we asked for a 0600 wake-up call.
When asked to speak to a Manager at checkout I was told he was in a meeting!

This second stay of 2 nights has some problems such as air conditioning that never worked properly & the internet connection was poor. While the first stay of 3 nights did not have these issues.
