They do not put a trash can in the bedroom.
Only one glass in the bathroom. Not a second one for drinks, even though I was getting a bucket of ice each night for sodas.

I booked my stay over a month ago and asked for a crib then. A couple days before check in and during check in I reminded them. I dropped my stuff off and left for a function, the gentlemen I checked in with assured me it would be delivered to my room later. I came back after midnight, no crib. I asked a different guy at front desk for a crib and he said the people responsible for getting it alreafy left and he had no way to get it for me. The bed is probably a full and not big enough for 2 adults and a thrashing toddler. Needless to say I am VERY disappointed and will never be returning.

Overall good. The room was clean. Good location.
The staff were nice but were lacking customer service tips. Some good customer service training would help. (but were nice people).
Breakfast. (Paid breakfast that was below satisfactory).
We only had 2 towels, but the the room was super clean.

We arrived at 5:00 pm; we were asked to wait 15 minutes to have the room ready; we waited over an hour! we were not happy but OK (it happens from time to time). Then, after entering the room we found out that the sheets are not clean (probably used by previous guests) with hair, etc. The worst is that when we talked with the reception about this, they were sorry but told us they can do nothing since the cleaning staff already let! needless to say, we were extremely disappointed

If you want to be robbed go ahead stay here....rooms very small and tight...noisy...regarding breakfast 2 people told me breakfast is free in the morning but when i left breakfast they told me to 200 dhm....breakfast was 3/10 please make sure if you go breakfast they will stop you at the door to PAY!!!! CHEATERS

There is never a trash can in the room. Only in the bathroom.
Soap in the shower dispenser was empty. No Do Not Disturb sign available. Room was not cleaned or new towels given. Age of building is beginning to show. > 5 years.
