ONOMO Hotel Rabat Terminus

Very nice hotel

Only location is good for people who's traveling by train. It's not the best for value. Rooms are very basic, hot water takes forever.

The shower drain was very slow. The bed post are knocking when I get on and off the bed. The bars and restaurant at the top floor have no room for none smoking.

Helpful, professional staff. Fantastic area, safe to walk around, close to everything, train station less than a block away.

Need to wake up at 4 am to open window the sewer smell is unbearable Had to switched to a different room

Excellent location

Fantastic hotel in a central and convenient location near train station. The buffet breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms were clean and bright and cheery. One thing to note is that they don’t provide toiletries. They do have a soap dispenser and a shampoo/conditioner dispenser in the wall but it felt a little cheap. Otherwise wonderful.

Enjoyed the stay quite well

It's a good hotel near train station which is around 3 minutes away by foot. Breakfast was ok but nothing extraordinary. Only thing which was the problem is mini bar is super loud.

Location is excellent, though noisy at night, staff was very helpful, breakfast was below average.

I stay at onomo at Rabat madina frequently also other location , I stayed here 1st time the lady check me in is terrible , staffs are not friendly and helpful , person check me in block the keys an hour before scheduled check out time , person on luggage / car park area stand and watch how some people struggle at times , it’s really poor experience.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Onomo in Rabat and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The breakfast was absolutely dreadful. The juices were tasteless, as if they had been watered down, and the selection of food was pitifully lacking in diversity. It felt like I was eating the same bland items. To make matters worse, one of the restaurant staff members was shockingly disrespectful. Their attitude was completely unprofessional and it put a damper on the entire dining experience. It's incredibly disappointing to encounter such poor service, especially when you're supposed to be enjoying a meal during your stay. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying at the Hotel Onomo in Rabat if you value a decent breakfast and respectful service. It was a letdown in more ways than one.

Everyone has been so kind and gracious. I have truly felt at home here.

Well appointed hotel that’s perfect for business trips. Very loud music on rooftop lounge on Thursday nights so keep this in mind if you’re a light sleeper

Not a VIP Member hotel as claimed. Room was like a junk, not even suitable to rent. Broken doors, painting faded, curtain not working.

The stay was good ,The hotel had good staff polite courteous and helpful. Would recommend it and would use this hotel again

This hotel is well located and it felt safe to walk around day and night. Restaurants, ATMs & attractions within an easy walk. The roof garden restaurant is stunning. No alcohol is served onsite, nor can one bring a bottle of wine to dinner. The service did not meet expectations. The in-room safe had no instructions & I managed to lock myself out the first day. I asked the desk to fix it and they said they would send someone, but it never happened. The bigger issue was with towels. After my room was made up without towels, I stopped by the front desk at noontime & asked them to remedy it. After a long work day I returned about 10 pm and still no towels. I called the desk twice asking for towels and got them only after I got a bit snarky on the 2nd call. I'm a pretty chill traveller but having towels so one can shower before bed is not too much to ask. A mobility-impaired colleague staying on the same floor was in the same boat but had to go to the front desk to get towels that evening. My room was small but comfy.

Breakfast needs to be greatly improved.
