Zett hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff was so kind, professional, and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean the balcony had a great view. The hotel is also close to some amazing restaurants. Overall, I think what made my experience so good, was the staff. They were great.

. Came all the way from united states 🇺🇸 to this beautiful hotel . I totally recommend it . Very clean rooms and awesome customer service and their breakfast is so delicious. If there is 10 stars i would put it with out hesitation ♥️

Love this hotel. It is modern and cozy.
It has partial sea view, which was beautiful especially in the morning.
The breakfast was good 8/10
I wish the bedroom was a bit more spacious.

This is my second visit to this property. There is nothing i can say bad about Zett Hotel BUT☝️i had a very dangerous experience today. İ was very tired and thirsty when i enter my room and i took a bottle of cold water from minibar. When i drank it i suddenly realized it was bleach not water and the top of the bottle was not closed. First of all i must say, it is my mistake because i Did not check it at first. But i am sure housekeeper was guilty about this issue. Thank God i Did not drink a lot so i am fine. İ wanted to mention this issue because hotel itself is perfect and if they read this review it will help them to be more careful not to face a very serious situation. Once again i would like to thank hotel team for lovely stay and will certainly back again

We had an absolute amazing stay at the Zett hotel in Jounieh! Close to everything with a wonderful staff! Especially Tony and Ellissa that greeted us with open arms and an open heart! They are so accommodating and greet us with a smile and offer us coffee as we are waiting.
The rooms are super modern and super clean and spacious! We got the family suite and it was a wow factor! The hotel overlooks the beautiful sea from every room! Super comfortable and quality couches in the reception. If I could give 10 star I would . The air conditioning was super strong , the electricity would go for 10 seconds and we rarely felt it.
We will always come back!
Big thanks to Melissa the manager that answered to every single request and offered amazing info for our stay.
