the staff was very nice and very professional and efficient period the grounds needs a little bit of a trash pick up though

W booked a room for 2 double beds as we are all elderly. When we arrived the first room they offered was a double bed and a bunk bed. We said no that would not work. So they had to find another room this one had a double bed and to small tein beds with mattress 2 inches thick. None of us slept. Pillows could have been bricks and been more comfortable. Then the next morning the coffee machine wasnt working. The staff were kind enough to make us coffee fro. Their staff coffee maker. That was the only thing good. The mo ey paud was a waste. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The only convenience was it was literally at the airport.

Check in was slow and directions on how to get to our room were unclear, resulting in us wasting 10+ minutes kust trying tonfigure out how to get to it.

Very close to airport. Transport in front of hotel. Easy to get in to town center. Clean rooms and hotel, friendly staff. Excellent.

Convenient and inexpensive stay with a decent bed that is walking distance to the airport.

Not exactly a budget price we paid for our stay here, so i was disappointed in the cupboard for a toilet- how odd! The toilet cupboard/box was not even enough room for my partner to sit in and he's not even extremely tall! He's 5'8"! Absurd addition to the room and our toilet smelt badly of cigarette smoke so clearly previous guests used it to smoke in. There was drilling and banging going on in the room next to us from 9am, luckily we headed out at 9.30am, but its besides the point. Beds were extremely comfy though! Slept very well apart from the heat. We had to sleep witj the window open. The hospital style curtain across the room is gross, again an odd feature of the room. Ibis really need to sort their room confirguration out- this just does not work and will put lots of guests off of staying again

Disappointing stay. Staff unhelpful lacking communication. Restaurant menu very limited which lacked choice especially for children. Tried to eat in bar area but told bar menu was takeaway only. Also takeaway food was of a very low standard, for the price. Breakfast in the morning was shambolic. Only positive was location with bus stop into the city right outside the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel which is disappointing as I have stayed at many Ibis hotels in Europe and their standards are normally very high.

All in all it is a good hotel although the address was wrong for my sat navigation. My only complaint was that whilst watching football in the bar, the staff decided to switch channels to watch a different game, which was rather annoying, the next night they done exactly the same...

For 100 euro/ night this is not a hotel, a hostel much better with a very high price for what they offer. In the room a disgusting carpet which actually stinks so bad you can sleep because of the smell , furniture it's cracking at every move, it's similar like a box size...Breakfast included apparently in another small room with very limited choices (maximum 6 items in total included bread), served same on a small room full of tables and chairs. Don't recommend at all

Comfortable enough room for one night prior tp a flight. Breakfast good, and they are able to provide Gluten Free bread and cereal, and *understand* the needs of those with gluten intolerance. Evening meal, whilst I think of typical price for many venues in Luxembourg was expensive for the food provided, over 20 Euros for basically a burger meal and 12 Euros for a bowl of pasta bolognaise. The food was well cooked and presented and the service was fine. The toilet in the room is a bit of a squeeze, I am only 5'2" and struggled to sort my dress out after using the toilet! Otherwise a good stay, with free airport transfer every half hour, and the free public transport (Bus 29) from the central railway station to the hotel, which drops off right outside the hotel.

I have never seen such a small room. The shower is in the room with the bed and has a clear glass door, no privacy. Could not get an Uber from the hotel to the airport in the early morning. Lucky it was close and we dragged ask our luggage to the terminal.

Does what it says on the packet. It is a budget hotel, very budget hotel. Bus connection was good to town and breakfast was much better than expected. Car parking on site is always a bonus. OK for a one night night stop over, I would not want to stay longer.

The least expensive hotel at the airport with a very small room, but it had everything we needed or have ever wanted in a hotel. Accessed the hotel on foot from the airport and hopped on the bus to the railroad station at the front door when we left.
