Had a wonderful time at Four Seasons Macau. What made the trip exceptional was Nana from Guest Relations team and her colleagues. After three weeks of travel she made us feel at home, any requests were resolved promptly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. She arranged a celebration cake for my father’s birthday which was very much appreciated. Housekeeping was also exceptional. We look forward to our next visit!

Peaceful and comfort hotel in the Cotai strip! Room is beautiful, clean and spacious. The staff are excellent and always look into detail!
Definitely my return listed hotel when visiting Macau!

I really love this hotel, not only their wonderful envirnment but also their excellent staffs. nice, willing to help, knowledge. Definitely, Four Seasons Hotel Macao is my first choice for visit Macao next time.

The hotel is very very clean, the waiters are friendly, the food is delicious, the amenities are complete. My family and I will return to the four season hotel if one day goes to Macau.
