Holiday Inn MACAU, an IHG Hotel

If you go to Macau, I recommend this hotel. Near to bus stop and many shop around the hotel.

Good hotel, if you want to visit macau. Clean room. But if you speak english to the roomboy, maybe they can't understand well. But its okay. The location is good. In front of the hotel you can buy a gift like crispy pork etc.

Take the bus from HK to Macao. Near the pick-up point. Take the bus everywhere nearby. Highly recommended.

The hotel is situated in middle of city area & very accessible using many bus routes. Location also close to many tourist attraction, we even walk to Grand Prix Museum right after we checked in. The check in process was easy & smooth, the staffs were so friendly & informed us about ongoing renovation. The room itself was neat & pretty big, the aircon a lil bit too cold for us even we set it to 25C but feels like 18C. The bathroom was nice and clean. Overall, the room is nice.

This hotel very comfort and resepsionis very full helpness and near pastry koi kei (famous pastry in the country) Near transportation.

The place is comfortable, clean, the room is spacious, the staff is friendly, there are a few problems finding the address using Google maps. He was shown the wrong direction, finally asked the local police to teach him to use Apple Maps. It turned out that the location was behind the Holiday Inn Express Macau.

The rooms are okay, the location is okay and near the city center.

We had a great time and we feel safe. There’s a big police headquarters just in front of the hotel. Near Senado Square. Everything is clean except that the room smelled of cigarette which was weird since our room and all the rooms next to us are non smoking rooms. We noticed that the smell came from the exhaust fan. Staffs are helpful and kind.

The location of the hotel was very convenient when we stayed there during the Grand Prix Weekend. The staff gave us 3 hours of early check-in because we arrived early. Carl made sure that our luggage was safe and provided us details instructions on how to go about the area. Rose made sure that our room was clean and we had everything we need in our room. Thank you Carl and Rose.

I had a great stay, the staff was very friendly, the hotel was in line with the stars.

Everything is overall ok, good value for money. Located in a convenient area near the police station. Walk out a bit, can take the bus to go around Macau.

This is the first time to stay in this hotel. We get a wonderful experience. The check-in/out very easy. All the staff is very helpful. Joyce who stay in front desk always help me to find coin for bus, exchange form MOP to HKD. Great services from her. Guys form concierge also expert for local transport, navigation, tourist attraction, also the bus from Macau to HK. Two thumbs up for the services all of you. I stay in high floor so the room is quite a relaxing us after days sightseeing. I will stay again next trip to Macau

The room is perfect for family of 4. We have 2 preteens who is comfortable to sleep in queen sized twin beds. One with mom, one with dad. Location is very safe (near big police station), easy to get some food and there are direct buses to almost all Macau attractions. Room is also spacious with bathtub. Indoor swimming pool is also a must visit. Oh, we have our room upgraded as well. Overall, very pleasant experience and will definitely recommend to others.

Strategic location. Want to find food easily everywhere near just walking.
