For my in-laws! Arrived at 9 pm. The room was terrible. How on earth sofa was removed from the actual location. A lot of dust. Hairs. I called the agent straight away to ask for a refund and call the place. Managed to talk to the picture, he said won't refund. The only thing can do is he will clean it. He cleaned and still horrible.

Highly not recommended. We informed the owner early in the morning before we arrived and the owner promised to come. However, I wait outside the house with my 3 years old kid and infant for one hour. The weather is so hot on the day. The owner claimed traffic jam. However, it's just an excuse. I felt disappointed with the attitude of the owner. The picture is different with the reality. The house is not above "clean" sanctification level. We even needed to mop the floor once we arrived. Dusty. I bought the simple blanket from shop. And, the water at kitchen and bathroom are leaking. I hope the owner will be aware about the professionalism, the cleaning, together with the hospitality in the future.
