Before check out 1200noon proceed to reception counter to asking a few questions & direction, the MKE staff just ignore just answer 1 word only and pretend very very busy. Staff refuse to response 🤔. WHY? Totally different attitude with staff nite shift, very helpful and friendly because I arrive after 1am morning.

We had booked two family rooms despite only being 3 guests as everything else was booked out online. When we arrived it seemed like they had no record of our booking and the hotel was very busy due to public holiday. At first they wanted all 3 of us to share a room and then they tried to give us 2 smaller rooms. I said this was fine but that they needed to refund us the price difference between the smaller rooms and what we had already paid. They didn’t want to do this. We were stood in check-in for over 20 minutes while the receptionist tried to decide what to do. Eventually they gave us the 2 family rooms that we had booked. They obviously always had these available but wanted to try and sell them again. The cleanliness of the bathrooms was poor. There were bugs in one of the beds which is unacceptable. Most expensive hotel we have stayed at so far in Malaysia but with the lowest standards of customer service and hygiene.

It is a small old hotel. only bed, a small TV and small toilet which no place to put toiletries at all and a very dull towel. toiletries are not provided, luckily I brought my own. Only good as an emergency hotel. no food, only stay. The location also far from the taiping town.

Hi. I have several times stayed at this hotel however for my last stay, I experienced from drunk and noisy neighbourhood but there isn't any response or act from the receptionist. Other then that, they had offered a great service such as Basic accommodation: astro channel, hot&cold water for babies, hot shower. near by mcd, kfc, atm, shops and restaurant. From room 202 Dated 4/2/2017 until 10/2/2017.
