No deposit required. Check in very fast. Location very convenient. Overall OK. Just the room TV channel very limited and not clear.

This hotel is one of the best budget options in KL. It’s got new buildings, clean rooms, and friendly staff. There’s also a food court right across the street (Nongkrong Foodcourt) and a convenience store nearby (Seven-11 or KK Mart). It’s only a 3-5 minute walk to the bus stop or a 10 minute walk to Masjid Jamek LRT station.
The room has a fridge, wardrobe, hot water, coffee maker, electric kettle, and TV (although I’m not sure if you can switch to a smart TV in the future cause i got no signal for local tv while staying). The Wi-Fi is good enough for browsing and email.
I got the room on the 12th floor, which is the top floor. You can see the city and even fireworks (since it’s CNY season). The only downside is that the room isn’t very soundproof.

Hotel is near the chinatown and MRT. I booked a family room that had two rooms and a link door between two room. The room is clean. Check-in and check-out is fast. Highly recommend this hotel.

The downside is that the room is not soundproof, so even from inside the room you can hear people's voices from outside very clearly, even if they are speaking in a low voice.
