Best Hotels in Genting Highlands

Good experiences, check in and check out process is very easy. Room doesn't have air conditioners but there's a fan.

Receptionist Counter very slow. I waiting for 3 hours to Check-in. Please improve Receptionist Counter. Pls pls plss.

Very suitable for families with a sixier room that can accommodate 6 people and a separate bathroom between the toilet and shower and there are 2 sinks so there is no fighting, very suitable for a holiday with lots of people who want to eat and play, just go down without having to walk far, recommended.

We stayed at this hotel on 25th October, this is our first time visiting Genting area and it was very nice to stay here, and we enjoyed our stay where the hotel room was very clean and surrounded by beautiful panoramic nature pictures, will definitely come back when we are here on our next visit

The room is spacious. The big room is nice and connected to the toilet. The small bedroom have no window, but it 's comfortable though. Just nice for 1 person. No boiler, but they provide pan etc. Microwave is available. Love the area around. Peacefulness, lots of food around and 7-11. If you want to go to Genting Highland, you can take grab to Awana St then continue with cable car. But if you take Grab all the way to Highland, it cost rm 14 which is quite cheap for 15-20 mnts drive. Overall I love the hotel, I can cook and do the laundry (they provide the detergent too). Will come back for sure.

Check in to hotel place need 600 m walking, in the middle of the rain 😂.

Everything was fine until the guest next door check in. We can clearly heared what are they talking singing and etc. Overall, we had bad experience because we seems to lost our privacy.

Was skeptical that the check-in was at the carpark at first but it turns out to be a pleasant stay. The location had amenities such as shops and cafes which makes it very convenient. It was also only 10 mins drive to Skyworld! The location was beautiful and the weather was extra cold. My family had a wonderful experience!
