The first things to look when we book a hotel is the comfort and cleanliness. This hotel fit all the criteria. The awesome part is the hospitality. From the bell boy, front counter, the house keeping, everything is tiptop and perfect. We really feel appreciate and all the effort that the staffs take to make us feel like home we really appreciate it. The breakfast foods are delicious worth the price. Thank you. Their sympathy towards the eldest and concern really deserve to be rated as 6 stars hotel. My parent have an awesome anniversary celebration here. Thanks Miss Ria, the housekeeping boy, the manager on duty and all the staffs here. We really love you guys to the bit! and plz pick-up your phone next time and tq too for the complimentary gifts. Satisfy with the hotel! The room is clean & cozy. Then the hotel is near to the kea farm market, easy to go shopping. Last but not least, the breakfast buffet is delicious. Perfect stay for my honeymoon!

Added another night. Room 1206. Everythings okay except for bathroom. The bathroom not clean enough. Shower broken. Cold water too slow. Have to used hot water. But too hot. Clogged sink.

The staff were great! The front desk staff were excellent. I booked and stayed at the 3 bedroom apt, and my mom is wheelchair bound. To our horror there was no mention that no elevator at any website about it. Thank God that staffs were strong enough to help carry my mom to the first floor during checked in and checked out. Therefore, she was couped in the apt for 3 days and 2 nights as we take could not take her anywhere as we could not carry her up and down the apartment. At the same time, the rooms and facilities are old. One of the bedroom was mouldy or maybe the paint wore off and it was kind of disgusting. Need to buff up.

Staff are friendly and accomodating however the hotel cleanliness is the worst! The fan is dusty, the wall is dusty, the toilet walls are moldy, never been scrubbed. The sink is filled with green gunk. Way too dirty.

At 4 AM I noticed a pool of water in front of the bathroom. At first I thought it was from the bathroom/unclosed tap. Tracked the water down and it was actually from outside! I don't know what happened but there was a leakage from these rooms and as can be seen in the picture, they already knew about this but just decided to put some towels over it. And the water has gotten into my room over the night! The room was also not well cleaned. I could notice small spots everywhere on the chair even on the beddings. Hairs were all over the floor. Did they not prepped their rooms before check ins? And mind you this hotel is rated as a 4 star, even a hotel with a cheaper price point and less star won't get you to experience this kind of terrible service. What a shame.

Old hotels with mold smell. Breakfast provided but if want to eat buffet have to upgrade and add money. Toothbrush and toothpaste not provided. Same with iron, have to iron outside. Other than that is good especially the location.
