Very very very satisfied with everything. The management and duty staff are able to fulfil our special request. We got our deluxe king twin tower view on the high floor. The room becomes so great when we can see the twin tower clearly just from our bed. The room is complete with a fridge, safety box, iron and etc. Love the location where just beside avenue k and so near to klcc and the tapak (food truck). We are so happy and looking forward to repeating our stay here. We give 10 / 10. Thank you

This hotel is fit for purpose for travelers visiting KLCC area. Value for money hotel with clean facilities and relatively good breakfast/food. The hotel is in walking distance from Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC MRT station. Will consider to stay again in this hotel when visiting KLCC area especially when travel alone or with my spouse.

I love staying here because of its strategic location, affordable price, spacious and clean room, simple but delicious breakfast, and above all, walking distance to all attractions and eateries. The location is just next to KLCC LRT station. Easy access to Tapak Food truck and nearby Avenue K and Suria KLCC. Definitely recommended.

The location is within walking distance to KLCC, and it is very easy to get to 7 Eleven because it is in the hotel area, so it is easy to buy what you need.

Very strategic, located in the city center so you can explore KLCC on foot. Spacious and clean rooms, affordable prices, good view even though you book a regular room, cold and adjustable AC, free minibar that is refilled every day. 9.5/10. Minus: The water hose in my room was broken so when I took a shower I had to use tissue. It has been reported to the housekeeping department, but it was not fixed.

The room is clean and beautiful, with daily housekeeping. The minus point is that there is no refrigerator. In front of the hotel is a durian stall, quite convenient to enjoy durian on the spot.

Overall okay for the hotel. There is also a Seven Eleven downstairs that is directly connected to the hotel, so it is very flexible if you want to shop.

For the location right in front of the Twin Tower, just walk to KLCC. For the bathroom lights are dim, not bright, the water channel in the sink is clogged so the water takes a long time to drain. The underbed is dirty, the room size is small. The size of the bed is very small.

This hotel is very close to Petronas tower. The staff is very kind and friendly. The service is very good, access to everywhere is very easy. Halal food is easy and very close to find across the street. Very satisfying and enjoyable to stay at this hotel.

This hotel was so dirty, I stay here for two days and just stay for one night, very terrible , if u wanna go to Kuala Lumpur, I give u the advice don’t choose this hotel, or u will feel more than nightmare, I spend my money to get more comfortable place for stay but such a worst hotel no more here
