Very very very satisfied with everything. The management and duty staff are able to fulfil our special request. We got our deluxe king twin tower view on the high floor. The room becomes so great when we can see the twin tower clearly just from our bed. The room is complete with a fridge, safety box, iron and etc. Love the location where just beside avenue k and so near to klcc and the tapak (food truck). We are so happy and looking forward to repeating our stay here. We give 10 / 10. Thank you

This hotel is fit for purpose for travelers visiting KLCC area. Value for money hotel with clean facilities and relatively good breakfast/food. The hotel is in walking distance from Petronas Twin Towers and KLCC MRT station. Will consider to stay again in this hotel when visiting KLCC area especially when travel alone or with my spouse.

The hotel's location is strategic, across from Suria KLCC. In front of the hotel there is a durian stall, there is a mini market, there is nasi kandar.

5. Facilities are okay.
6. Next door is a hotel under construction, I stayed on Saturday so it was not affected, but on Monday they started working again so it was very noisy.

I just checked in few hours ago, but I decided to checked out, and lose our money after very bad treatment from front office staff, the staff at front office have no hospitality welcome the guest, she accused me taken her picture. Later when we want to enter our room, we findout our room were open. I've checked on google review that there was a guest once lost some of their stuffs but the hotel management didn't do anything. Very bad service.
