Need to change room before air conditioner not functioning. Need to request by myself at the receptionist and return previous room key to receptionist after changing. Waste a lot of time during this process. It 's hotel mistake why should I do this? Service could be better since guest have waste time wait to repair and wait result from technical and packing again to change another room after get new room key.

All good except you'll be charged if you need extra sugar or creamer, they did not provide separately but to pay for another set of hot beverages. Even it 's only RM5 😌.

The second time I stayed here, twice I got the door knob broken inside, it's really the style of this hotel. Overall it's ok, the room is just average. Children like to stay here because the pool is interesting, it is really satisfying for children. The beach is also close, it's just that the beach here is so attractive because of erosion

Waited quite a while to check in because it was 12 midnight. Large rooms at reasonable prices, lots of pools, can do beach activities. Food is delicious and varied, east coast taste. Can repeat again.

Clean hotel. The food is delicious. The pool is fun for children, but the condition of the bathroom may be better. The room looks like it has been upgraded. The parking lot is also covered. Overall nice hotel.

Spacious room, only the furniture is worn out. Cheap steamboat buffet and satisfied with the menu. The boy ate the steamboat until satisfied. Worth it. Satisfactory breakfast. Pool for children is very satisfying

The room was bigger than I expected but needs some repairing and replacing such as the bathroom's door, lights and sockets. The pools are amazing, it's large. My kids had fun the most there. The beach is within walking distance. The only thing that I regret was the food at the restaurant. We had our lunch and dinner at the resort's restaurant, both were a bit disappointing. The coffee was also bad. Initially, we got a room that is way far from the lift and stairs, we requested for any room nearer the lift. The receptionist agreed without any further questions. We also requested 1 extra blanket and got it for free. We will surely come again for the pools and beach but certainly not for the food.

The hotel staff is organized and kind. Comfortable room with complete amenities. The kids enjoyed the pool very much. Only the beach in the de rhu part is a bit dirty because of the rubbish.

This refurbished hotel provides comfortable and clean room space. If you do not have the opportunity to go to the eateries along the main road to the hotel, you can enjoy the delicious food provided at the hotel at very reasonable prices. The pool facilities provided are very spacious and not suffocating due to the very conducive pool design. The water park provided for children is quite attractive and easily monitored by parents. Finally, the view of the beach is just amazing. Will definitely visit this place again!
