The hotel staff is very friendly. Easy to find food because on the 2nd floor the hotel lobby leads to the mall. I stayed at Empire because it is close to SJMC.

This hotel under renovation, no sportcentre, my room not clean when I entered. The waste still in the rubbish bin. But it located beside the mall. Nice location.

I was really Happy and enjoyed it but only one problem in this Hotel is breakfast menu need to improve. I hope next time I Will come here again and breakfast Menu Will be better than last time Thank you so much.

Plus point it 's located beside Empire Mall-a small Mall but quite good selection for food/restaurant. But when the mall is closed by 10pm-all surrounding area becomes dark. Not try the nearest LRT station since more convenient with Grab. The room size is big with adequate bed but lacking of cleanliness & amenities. The shower is open type without door but don't forget to ask for floor mat otherwise all floor will be wet. Elevator quite slow and they only have 1 Restaurant for breakfast with standard food but no variety during our stay. Recommended value for money if you have business around Subang Jaya.

Kamarnya luas. Kalau mau bersihin kamar harus di ingetin. Pas kmrn hari kedua mereka ga beresin pdhl udah di nyalain lampu clean the room. Akhirnya mereka lgs bersihin pas kita komplain. Dan wifi hotelnya lemot bgt. Yg lainnya OK sih.

Used to be my favorite hotel. The phone room and TV is not working for me. The bed sheet has stained. No more toothbrush set? You can do better Empire.

The room is pretty good, but the layout of the cooler is uncomfortable, because it's too close to the bed so it's too cold, then the cleaning service part is too late to clean the room and 1 more hot water maker leaks, it's not replaced with one that doesn't leak.

The place is very good. Everything is accessible. The hotel is connected to the mall, so you do shopping, eat at some very nice restaurants. Breakfast is good. A lot of variety. Room is okay. But not so smooth. I mean, the flooring is wood but due to leaking water for the toilet, the wooden flooring is bulging. The toilet door cannot be locked. So need to make sure people outside are aware of the people inside the toilet. Overall, we feel okay with the stay. I hope the management fixes these issues.
