The location is very strategic in the middle of the city, the photos and the room do not match, at first we were disappointed because the room smelled really bad of cigarettes, we asked for a change and finally it was changed, don't expect too much because the price is cheap

The room was OK, we had a good time but remember they don't have stove just mikrowife and kettle.

We booked 4 nights and 3 nights with additional money because there were a lot of people and then on the last night we were moved to the usual place which didn't match the price and the service was lacking in service and indifferent.

The staff unfriendly, room different from traveloka description, old furniture and most of them is broken. The plug electricity very bad like 7/10 is not functionable. No recommend for visitor or tourist.

Worst. Book 3 family rooms for 13 people. You get 1 family room and 2 regular rooms. Given an extra bed to wait until 11pm. Dirty towels, yellow pillows, the mattress has lost its springs, it's really bad. Not worth it at all. There are also no blankets. Really disappointed. I also can't get a refund.
