I had the most pleasant stay here.. near the Pudu LRT station. Surround by chinese and arabic restaurant. Great view from the rooftop..

Nice place to stay with family spacious two bed room with additional third Bed for free, only the Lobby entrance from D Majestic every day is always Bad odor just like stink smell, but the room manage by Grey stone haus is cool and comfy just like home, please pro active to call your guest that stay more than 1 day to ask the convenience and the supplies or any needs, thanks to Lee San the Myanmar guy the best one appreciate for all explanation during check in, all family happy

we had an amazing experience here. we decided to book this place to get ready for graduation dinner and this place was perfect because there is plenty of mirror for us girls to get ready. The room is spacious and is same as the pictures. I will definitely come here again!

The facilities are very good, especially the swimming pool, but the receptionists are rarely seen in their seats, you have to WA first and have to use English even though the response is fast and they are willing to check in at 1 am.

The air conditioner leaked, there was no broom, and rags, the hot water for bathing was off, the sink was broken and the water didn't flow. This room should not have been sold to customers. It made me feel disadvantaged.

I checked out at 5 am, the day before they had informed me and the night before they had informed me too, so that I would be given a locker code to take the deposit, they said when I wanted to chat on WA again. When I wanted to chat on WA but there was no reply, because I had to catch a flight, I finally left. From the beginning I had warned them that they would be slow to respond but they said the WA service was 24 hours and in fact it wasn't. Anyway, I don't recommend staying here, because the deposit is expensive, up to 200 RM.

The place is okay. I'm just a bit frustrated with the customer service, as it's hard to contact them, and the refund process takes more than 7 days, not as promised

staying 5 nights at this hotel is very okay, although I had to add 1 night because it was difficult to reschedule even though I had called the hotel and CS Traveloka 2 days before the check-in date.
but oh well..
the location is close to Pataling + also close to the MRT..
the staff is friendly.
the cleanliness is okay,, the room is large apartment style, there is a kitchen but no scissors. π€ so it's difficult if you want to open food..
and please the bathroom handle is broken + there is no hot water.. bring small children + poor elderly people take a cold shower..
for all of them it's okay..
oh yes there is a deposit of 200RM.
but when checking out it was returned.. ππππ

The room is cool like in the photo and .
And for the deposit for temporary use cash yes guys 200 RM
Because there is an issue of deposit money not being returned so using cash.
Alhamdulillah after checking out the deposit money was returned. So don't be afraid anymore guys with the negative comments below.
In my opinion, it is highly recommended.
Compared to hotels. Tourist fees are charged 10 RM per night if you stay at a hotel.
But if in an apartment there is no tourist tax, aka free.

Booked a room for four but there were only 2 towels, the ceiling was leaking, there were no toothbrushes, there was only 1 key card even though there were four of us, there was no partition in the bath tub, stayed for 3 nights but there was no room cleaning service and the trash bin was also not suitable for the room capacity for 4 people.

The location is not very strategic, far from the crowd. There is an LRT across from the hotel but it is also quite easy to walk. The condition of the room is in accordance with the price. Many of the facilities are a bit damaged. Behind the apartment there is a nasi kandar stall but there is more Chinese food.

The room is quite big, clean, but it's a shame it wasn't cleaned the next day. The bathroom door and the closet door are connected, so if the shower room is used, the closet room is automatically open, and there is no hook to hang towels. The kettle was already burnt, so trying to make tea didn't taste good because it smelled burnt.
