Strategic location. Only 5 minutes walk to alor street. Very near to sungei wang plaza. Need 10 minutes walk to mall in bukit bintang example Lot10, H&M, etc

What I really like from this hotel is the strategic location. My previous stay in KL always around Imbi, but then I tried to stay in CaPITOL amd it was amazing! Also they gave the very best service, even the security uncle always playing with my niece haha Will surely stay in this hotel again for my next trip!!

My journeys in KL always filled with awesome experience of capitol hotel. I've stayed here for several times and this time was so amazing. I booked two rooms for family and they gave me connecting room! It makes us easier to communicate. The man in reception area was incredibly humble to all guests.

The hotel staff from the receptionist to the security are all friendly. The location is very strategic. To the Weng River, just cross to the pavilion, walk to Alor, just walk. 👍

The location is very close to Alor Street (food center), also close to the MRT station entrance, Pavilion Mall, etc. All can be reached on foot. The room and other facilities are clean.

The hotel is quite old, but it is still our subscription because the location is in the center, easy to go everywhere and the price is still affordable. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is still okay too.

Booked a non smoking room but got the smoking room. Asked for a room change and it took way longer than expected. To top it off, the hot water knob for the shower is broken, and one of our room card didn't work. Funny thing is, the card worked for the elevator but not for our room. The only thing that's great is the location, truly. Close to city center, near Alor street and Bukit Bintang. There are two 711 nearby only 2mins walk.

First time staying at Capitol Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is clean. Good service. All staff are nice and friendly. The breakfast menu is delicious with many variations. Overall, it's really okay in my opinion. So next time I go to Kuala Lumpur, I will definitely stay at Capitol again☺

We extended our stay for 2 more nights after our previous 2nd stay, because it was so close to everything, and one thing I would like to share is that one of our bags was left there, and after our conversation through phone call, it was been well coordinated although we had to coordinate for the hotel to send the bag to our friend there or we were given the option if time allowed then we would come back for another visit and pick it up there

I stayed at this hotel due to reference from my friends who is Malaysian as she said it was close to busy area of Bukit Bintang, and when we came it was true as food market was just opposite one block from the hotel, and we found it was clean, stafaf are well trained, will definitely back

Hotel Capitol is in the middle of Bukit Bintang and has convenient access to the rest of the city center. A lot of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel is clean and the room is spacious enough to add an extra bed.
