Hi, I went from Thailand over there. The atompshere was very good. Room was very nice and clean and very tidy. Swimming pool area was very relaxing. Staff was very helpful. It was treat to be there.

The hotel is suitable for children's baths. I just want to go to the parking lot because I have to go outside the building instead of taking the elevator inside the hotel. Very confusing for first time goers. Parking has to be paid now at 2.10 once you enter. View ok can nmpak kl tower, klcc and Merdeka 118. klcc dah nmpk next to je now, 2 years lps can look full. Stay here because I want to bring my children to the swimming pool only.

I was disappointed with the airport shuttle. Provisions imposed for those who want to pick up must be notified 3 days before departure and that for the plane to be overcome at 11 noon on the grounds that the drivers are only at 11 o'clock. Strange rules do not make sense. And to borrow a telephone must pay 2 rm / minute, there is no borrowing a computer for the internet. It's enough to stay here once.

Very worth staying at this hotel, only RM150 can view klcc & kl tower (upon request). The staff is ok very friendly & helpful. The counter staff can speak Malay well. Swimming pool is ok for children. Recommended for anyone who is the target of accommodation to view the pool & swimming pool. Very satisfied overall. Thanks traveloka give the cheapest price than competitors.

Booked the room way earlier and stated clearly what are my room requirements, but when i check in i was told that there are no available room and if i insist i have to wait until the next guest check out. Well what's the purpose of letting us select the check in early option? Other than that I had a great stay. Room was refurbished, looks neat and clean, bed was super comfy.

The best of all aspects is just that jean breakfast is a great choice. The menu is mediocre. In order to increase the number of menus so that the hotel can eat more appetite.
