Hotel Maya offers a pleasant stay with comfortable accommodations. We particularly enjoyed our spacious room, which came with a bathtub—a nice touch for relaxation. The breakfast spread was good and satisfying; However, seating was quite limited when we arrived around 9 a. M. The area felt cramped, making it difficult to move around. Despite this minor inconvenience, the staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the positive experience. Overall, it's a great choice for those seeking a comfortable stay in the city, though earlier breakfast timing might offer a better dining experience.

No room service available is a minus for 5star hotel:(, I ordered dinner by QR code as suggested by the front desk, but the food came 1hr later after I called to front desk 3 times asking for my food. The room is clean, but the hot water in the bathtub is not working, the afur also stuck so the water kept flooded. The bathroom is smelly, maybe some fragrance will help. I like the bathroom amenities, love the lemongrass lotion. I love their warm and friendly front desk staff who help me when checking out. I love the location so close with suria klcc and nasi kandar pelita just in front of the hotel.

Lovely place and my family glad to be here, will be greater if there is a shuttle to deliver guess to Kuala Lumpur sentral or airport, although need to pay is no problem, because in an early morning very difficult to find taxy or grab.

The hotel 's staffs were friendly, but the hotel itself is aged, so the drainage piping not well, the flow pretty slow, it flooded during showering. It 's doesn't really soundproof, when next door opened and closed, it sounded like my room door was opened and closed.
