At first we (me + wife) booked a room for 3 (three) days. But after staying for 2 (two) days, we felt happy and suited to this Neo + Penang hotel: atmosphere, environment, access, room, friendly staff, close to culinary places, close to Cecil market and Chowrasa. So we decided to add 2 (two), and we stayed for 5 (five) days. We have indeed been to Penang several times, and this hotel will be our choice. Thank you Neo + Penang hotel.

Basically, every time I go to Penang, I always stay here. The hotel is clean, the location is good, but the service is not good. We stayed there for 5 nights. We bought it twice on the app. When we extended our stay, we were asked to stay in the same room but weren't given it, even though we each had small children. It would be a hassle to move but we weren't given it, we still had to move. Well, it happened that we went there in a group and we booked 6 rooms. So we followed the procedure. It turned out that when we were forced to move, we were rotated from the 6 rooms. I moved to a room that was previously used by my friend. We used logic. If we asked to extend, we would just give it to the new guest and give them the empty room. It would be okay, but it was complicated and couldn't. That's not good service.

Comfortable hotel and strategic location. Comfortable bedroom with affordable price and access to many places very close. One thing that is a little lacking is the breakfast menu which is less varied and always the same. Hopefully it can be improved for the breakfast menu.

It was my best night spent on a hotel. The front desk and staff were so polite and helpful. The bedroom was spacious and clean. Bathroom was also clean. They clean up and tidy up my room neatly. Change my towel everyday, the bedsheets also very clean. The hotel is near to the city center, there are many malls and hawker center accessible with walking. We can ride with grab easily too if you want to go further to the sea side or across the island. Breakfast meal also good and lot variations. They keep the food warm and full even if we have breakfast late. They have a water dispenser and ironing station available on the hallway for us to use. And on my lucky day, they give me free upgrade to a deluxe room. Thank you Neo+ Hotel Georgetown. I definitely coming back!

There was an option for bed when I book this hotel so I chose double bed because we are couple. But the staff said my booking is twin bed and they cannot offer other option. We checked the voucher together and it definitely shows"double bed". They said it ' s a mistake from travel loka. 4 nights separate bed for a couple. The staff (famale, Malay) ' s attitude was very overbearing and unfriendly.
