The room is big and has a small refrigerator. But smelly (heavy smell), the ground is not clean(got hair & dust ), the shower in the shower room is broken, and the safety chain of the door is broken. Won’t living again next time after this experience. it really needs maintenance

The room is spacious! Overall it’s clean and neat. Quiet area and peaceful as it’s located inside housing area. Food is driving distance. For O&G workers, the location is convenient. Nearby Shell and Petronas offices

The room is clean and spacious but the positioning of the aircond is quite bad. Toilet's heater not working and the hose is broken.

Its a cosy area within the medium residential and commercial mixed development estate thus expected to have its own secured private carparks area.

The place is clean and has an elevator that is in great shape. The service is quite slow but overall everything is okay
