This accommodation is perfect for small family to stay, big apartment, near Alor street where you can find a lot of food. Beside the residence there is a nice cafe to eat or hang out.

It is a private apartment located in Swiss Garden Residency and its so close to everywhere. I could walk to every essential places in KL. The owner is also so very nice and communicative and their staff also so helpful. Definitely going to stay here whenever I am going to KL

my friends and I which is 4 persons reserved a room with 2 bedroom for 6 guests, the room is wide enough, comfy and clean. near the alor street food, pavillion, cathedral st Anthony and city center. remember to take your key first on mailbox, when you want to check in :)

The apartment is clean, the bathroom is spacious, very good anyway. Only the cake yesterday couldn't be used. the service is also good and fast, Yesterday had missed the key inside and could not enter again because the door was automatically locked, we immediately called the pic for a short time. The check-in check-out process is not difficult at all. Will you be here again if you go back to Kualama Kuti?

Upon arriving at the Apartment—I have to call the owner and explained I want to check— I waited for around 15 minutes until I was able to access the key. The owner only gave an instruction through Whatssap. In the room—no drinkable water is available. Also—the owner only provided us with two towel, in fact—I booked the room for 4 persons. The television was useless. The owner was also appeared not flexible with the check-out time where were only given 15 minutes tolerance for a check out. However, I managed to check out early, despite the inconvenience. I am not coming to this apartment, it was not a worth spending.

The unit is suitable for large families especially if you go with 5 or more people because there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms inside. Communication with the owner is also easy and the person is friendly.

The room service is not good, the condition of the room is very unsatisfactory in terms of towels and air conditioning that is not feasible alias to the flood in the room, Thank you for the Swiss Garden Resident service for the 4 nights I stayed there.

There’s a ghost in here I know it’s sounds like superstition but it happened to us. My sister, nephew and I, was bother by the ghost. And the agents is not friendly.

The apartment is strategic and can go everywhere, just a few points that are not so ugly apartemnya, hopefully in the future can be checked routinely the same as an apartment so unfortunately if it is not guarded and check always, do not forget the doormats must be there so no wet room sleep, thank you.

Quite satisfied with the lodging and amenities. It's just because all have to self service so it makes me confused when I want to check-in and check-out. There is a fairly large deposit as well as RM 400 which should be informed in detail so you can know before ordering. Strategic location very close to Jalan Alor

Clean, comfortable and strategic ... View in KL tower room. If you want to take the Hop-on Hop-off bus, it seems that there is a bus stop in front. Want to go to Alor street just cross the road, Berjaya Times Square is also close. Seven Eleven is also close. If you want to go anywhere by MRT, you can go to Hang Tuah Station near too ... Sorry, there aren't many photos taken at the apartment, if the apartment is already tired, but it's the same as the photo on traveloka. Thank you, Ms. Eva Next time if I return to Kuala Lumpur, I will go to your apartment again.
