The staff is friendly, but the hotel facilities are not up to expectations, and the buffet is one of the worst I've experienced. The room is decent but slightly dusty, which adds to the overall disappointment.

The staff was great and friendly with sufficient information on great places in Miri. Staff namely Mr. Zakaria from concierage, Liyana of front desk and Iswandi of Belian Breakfast Buffet were among the personnal who craftly created the great experienced of mine. Kudos for the whole team.

The size of the hotel room is too small for the price of purchasing a room voucher which is 1.3 million rupiah/room in a small city like that.
