Comfortable and clean. It's just that it's a bit noisy, I'm not sure who it is, the room next door, housekeeping, laughing like I don't remember the world, even though people are resting, everything is being kicked around. Huh, good luck. That's his problem. Cleanliness chapter, comfort (no noise disturbance) 9/10.

Excellent. Just like my stay before, lots choices of food stalls and restaurants downstairs. Many supermarkets and many other Shop houses around.
