You need to train all of your front desk especially Ms. Azura to greet guests. At least train them to smile.

Friendly Staff and budget. Very Strategic location, near with Alor night market, 7eleven, KK mart, Pavilion and etc.

Room is quite spacious. When the hotel worker made up my room, he/she didn't tidy up the bathroom cloth. Quite funny right. This hotel has a kind of smell in the alley. I don't really like it. But for the price and location very near to alor street, this hotel is a good choice.

The place is so strategic. Near bukit bintang and pudu sentral (if you want to go to airport or genting by bus). The room is standard, worth the price.
